Causes of Arthritis

Arthritis is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. This can be caused by poor digestion and a weakened colon, resulting in the accumulation of undigested food and the buildup of waste matter. Poor digestion allows toxins to accumulate in the body, and problems with the colon allow the toxins to reach the joints.
Whatever the causes, arthritis seems to be related to poor bone and muscle health, disproportionate body weight, and an unhealthy lifestyle. Through the practice of Yoga, these things can be greatly corrected. Yogasanas help strengthen your joints. This is crucial to preventing and dealing with arthritis. They help the joints function normally, thereby reducing the risk of stiffness. The practice of Yoga helps regulate the levels of uric acid in the body. More importantly, Yoga leads to an overall healthier lifestyle , one that will  increase your resistance not only from arthritis but to other sicknesses as well.

The slow, controlled physical movement of joints is helpful for Arthritis patients. It improves the blood circulation in joints, removing unwanted toxins and other waste products. But the problem in the patients is if patient tries to move his limbs & joints then pain increases so patient does not move the limbs and problem increases.
